AMIT POLLACHEK

Chief Executive Officer

Amit Pollachek has been associated with Summit Management Services, Inc., for the last six years. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and oversees the western United States, visiting and evaluating potential acquisitions. He also coordinates due diligence of new acquisitions and managing and budgeting of those properties, which currently include the entire front range of northeastern Colorado from Denver to Ft. Collins. Pollachek was assigned to Boulder after spending two years at Summit Management’s corporate office in Akron, Ohio. His time in Akron was spent developing financing and marketing skills while working with Herb Newman and Ed Newman.

Pollachek was born and raised in Israel. He is married and they have two young boys. He is a licensed Realtor in the state of Colorado. He is currently a candidate and nearing completion of the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) program through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) which maintains its headquarters in Chicago, Illinois. The Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation is given to those members who fulfill the vigorous criteria designated by the organization.

Pollachek’s other interest include the Boulder Jewish Community Center, Aspen Music Festival, skiing and travel.
