MAGGIE VANCE

Business Manager

Maggie Vance is the Business Manager of Summit Management Services. She facilitates and coordinates information flow, due diligence, and processes for the numerous projects originating at the corporate office, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings and refinancings.

Ms. Vance began her career in real estate management when she joined Summit Management in 1995 as Executive Assistant to the CEO. Her responsibilities have grown to include using her acquired experience with HUD/FHA to originate and process financings, refinancings, Transfer of Physical Assets, Mark-to-Markets and related agency (FNMA and Freddie Mac) financings.

An alumna of The University of Akron, Ms. Vance has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the Business College class. A lifelong resident of Akron, Ms. Vance is active in a host of community and church organizations.
