Summit MultiCapital, LLC, (“SMC”) is the acquisition and financing arm of SMSI, founded in Akron, Ohio over 35 years ago. Our executive structure and expertise in multi-family agency financing (FHA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac) allows us to increase portfolio performance through an aggressive acquisition program that targets opportunities created by current market conditions and historically low interest rates.
SMC conducts on-going market research to identify new markets that warrant consideration, as well as existing portfolio markets to monitor the health of economic and multifamily industry conditions. SMC also evaluates portfolio performance to determine if a refinance or property sale will enhance investment return performance.
